		<description>I agree that collaboration is much better than competition!    Unfortunately, not everyone thinks like you and I. 

Being the organizer of a group does pose challenges.  I&#039;m not familiar with the particulars of every industry so when I&#039;m running my networking group, it&#039;s much easier and takes less time to start out with the &#039;only one from each industry&#039; standard.

My suggestion would be to speak to the organizer of the group and ask to speak with the other VA in the group to see if there is an overlap and show how you are a collaborator rather than a competitor.  The organizer is only looking at the label you give yourself.  The organizer can only base their decision on their knowledge of your industry which may not be very much so give them the knowledge they need.</description>
