Excellent tip Pat! I am currently moving my business to the next level and I hope to have all the pieces in place by the end of June. One of my first tasks was to make a list of every single thing I handle for my business. Next step - associate each item with the name of a competent associate or contact. Now, when I feel a case of the "overwhelms" coming on, I just grab my list and call the person associated with my biggest ugliest frog, (Eat That Frog by Brian Tracy)http://www.briantracy.com/catalog/product.aspx?pid=465&cmpid=2158&kw=Eat%20the%20frog&gclid=CNfpobHzxJ8CFRE55QodmjUO3A
