“It only takes a minute.”
How often have you heard this phrase?
It doesn’t matter whether it’s business or personal, we hear it over and over. Have you considered how quickly those minutes add up? Fast. Too fast.
That’s why CyberCletch’s 2012 goal is to find, study, and implement exceptional services that give (rather than take) minutes each day. Programs that allow us to “set it and forget it,” or platforms providing customized automation for building and enhancing client relationships.
Two of the automation services we’ll focus on in the new year are Wishlist Member and Infusionsoft. Both allow us to set up information and services that will save our clients significant time by automating repeatable tasks, while providing personalized experiences for the users. Keeping leads and clients proactively and continuously engaged is only one of the benefits of each of these systems. And yes, they can work together!
- Wishlist Member: Wishlist is a robust plugin that modifies a typical wordpress installation to create a customizable membership site. Not only does this plugin offer great automation services for delivering content and products, but we see possibilities in unique uses such as homeowner associations.
- Infusionsoft: We got very excited when we saw Infusionsoft for the first time. This program has amazing potential for small businesses looking to automate lead generation, purchases, and follow up. Although we’ve had the system ourselves for a year, we’ve barely scratched the surface of its possibilities. We believe this program will be so beneficial to our client offerings that we are considering investing time and dollars to become Infusionsoft Certified Consultants. Since the program is quite demanding we’ll be working to familiarize ourselves with the platform so we can potentially achieve certification before the end of 2012.
As a matter of fact, Infusionsoft is offering an exciting opportunity! They are sponsoring a blogging contest for two featured bloggers to attend their 2012 conference, InfusionCon, being held at the Biltmore in Phoenix, Arizona on April 2-4. A perfect opportunity to learn more about the software, and share what I learn with you!
In exchange for the all-expense paid trip, I would be expected to report on the events at InfusionCon, which includes many fabulous speakers such as Gary Vaynerchuk, Pamela Slim, and Jeffrey Moore. All melodious voices to hear & learn from in the business and marketing community.
“The InfusionCon 2012 agenda is packed with keynote speakers, marketing experts and Infusionsoft staff sharing strategies on an array of marketing and app-related topics. Each amazing session is dedicated to helping your small business succeed, which means you’ll leave with plenty of new marketing ideas and tips to set in motion.”
I believe in the product, plan to make it an important part of CyberCletch’s service offerings, and I’ve worked at a newspaper and am familiar with turning interviews and content into articles under a deadline. Plus, I enjoy learning and meeting new people! They should choose me, right?
Sooo…. in the words of networking expert Terry Bean… my ask is…. if you’re interested in my reporting from InfusionCon, please say so in the comments below…
…it’ll only take a minute. 😉
