Case Summary

Overview:

We met with Judi to help her find the right domain name to represent her methodology, vision, and personality. HeartCenteredMedium.com was purchased and we began to plan the Website for a Medium and Spiritual Guide.

Through asking Judi a series of questions about her business and target audience, we were able to sketch out a design for a start-up business at a budget-conscious price, while still understanding and focusing on the unique needs and goals of her business.

The owner's goal was to create an easy way for clients and potential clients to understand her approach to being a Medium and Spiritual Guide, read social proof of her previous successful connections, while also having the ability to book and pay for sessions.

After our indepth research was completed, we developed the website on Wordpress, incorporating the necessary pages and basic functionality of a starter site.

The testimonial page allowed her to easily add new feedback from clients. The business owner considers herself technologically challenged so she wanted the site to be easy for her to understand and use. By keeping the site simple and the pages limited, we accomplished that goal as well. We implemented a payment gateway to enable online payment for sessions, making it easier and more convenient for clients.

Within the first month of launching the website for a Medium and Spiritual Guide, Heart-Centered Medium received 16 bookings, demonstrating the website's effectiveness in promoting her services and driving business growth.
