I have not perused the pages yet, but it’s preordered because I’m familiar with Stefan’s attention to detail through his annual Swanepoel TRENDS Report, and his SOCIAL MEDIA Report (mentioned here). I have no problem recommending anything Stefan has authored, he is an intelligent and thoughtful writer.
